Selling a Property




Being the Vendor, as soon as you have signed the contract, you are legally bound to the contract (unlike the purchasers who can cool off) – you are not able to cool-off.

Once the contract has been signed by all parties, we can begin the process of transferring the property out of your name.

The process of liaising with your bank (if applicable) is our job, we adjust the rates and taxes between the Vendor and Purchaser and we also advise the Council, SA Water and Revenue SA that you no longer own the property.
